| This historic Victorian structure was fully restored to house the offices of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston. The project included renovations to provide accessibility throughout the building, including the addition of a stair and elevator. ETA also provided interior design services, using paint colors, trim, and other restorative work appropriate to the historic structure’s period. |
