| Edward Tucker Architects, Inc. was chosen to rehabilitate this 1920's neo-classical building as the offices for a growing law firm. Edward Tucker Architects, Inc. worked with the client and state preservation officials to determine an appropriate approach for a complete rehabilitation. Work included space planning and interior design of the upper two floors, fire and building code improvements, new roof and building systems, and exterior envelope upgrades. The street facing windows were retained and restored, while completely new exterior walls and windows were designed for the side and rear walls. |
