| Edward Tucker Architects, Inc. worked closely with the owner of a 16,500 sf former music store building in downtown Huntington, to accomplish a total renovation that created an entirely new exterior, while creating two new tenant spaces into Class ‘A’ offices. The exterior of the building, originally themed in a faux-tudor style, was removed and replaced with stone pilasters, glass, and clean, smooth metallic surfaces to modernize the building’s facade (shown left). The building mechanical and electrical systems were all upgraded as well to accommodate the new office space demands. Edward Tucker Architects, Inc. also worked for the building’s primary tenant, Smith Barney, implementing their corporate interiors package. |
