Originally from Huntington, Phoebe graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Bachelor of Architecture in 2000.
After working as an architectural intern in Pawleys Island, South Carolina for two years, she returned to Huntington and has been with Edward Tucker Architects, Inc. since 2003.  She has served as project manager and project architect on various health care, library, museum, multifamily housing, religious, commerical and residential projects.  Phoebe is a member of the Board of Connectors of Create Huntington.  She lives in Barboursville with her husband Justin and their son Benjamin.
